Your dog CAN drink beer!

BUT NOT REAL BEER!

Human beer is extremely dangerous for dogs.

Dogs can get drunk, but for them this is a rather unpleasant experience, and a life-threatening health hazard! Human beer just isn’t meant for dogs!

Fortunately, most dogs don’t even enjoy the taste – but if they feel thirsty, they will gulp the beer down mistaking it for water.

This is very dangerous – dogs have a different metabolism to humans, and beer will dehydrate them severely, which can lead to liver failure and even death!

Furthermore, dogs get drunk very fast, and do not enjoy the experience. A few years ago a man was even taken to court after his dog was found staggering around, quite drunk. The bull mastiff had been given two-thirds of a can of beer, and this nearly killed the dog – only his strength and size saved him!

To summarize – you must NOT give HUMAN BEER to dogs.

THE SOLUTION: DOG-FRIENDLY BEER!

However, if you really want to have a drink with your canine buddy, then there is a simple solution – dog beer. A Polish company has already produced a canine-friendly beer, and in Newcastle a similar beverage is offered.

Such formulas are non-alcoholic of course, but the ingredients and the consistency of the drink are similar to those of beer – however, since this is canine beer, it usually has a meat extract added, and tastes like beef.

Such beer is not only dog-friendly, but human-friendly too – rather than poisoning your dog with human beer, you can check the taste of dog beer for yourself!

Dog beer seems like a fun idea, and pubs and manufacturers are bound to pick it up – so, keep an ear out for dog beer commercials!

STILL, ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE SERVING DOG-FRIENDLY BEER TO YOUR CANINE FRIEND!

IF you get them mixed up, you may put your dog’s life in danger!
